I am new here and still trying to learn the ropes. Please help identify these boards and how they should be graded/sorted. Thank you

I would guess that they are high grade telecom. I'm unsure about #2 just because the IC chips are spaced out so much.

I have been curious how to classify the "gold window" ic chips in the first photo. I have a few pounds that I have collected over the years.
