I picked up a bunch of broken LCD TVs from a liquidation site and am parting them out. While all the LCD panels themself are cracked/broken, there are little PCB boards connected to the screens and was wondering if they are worth anything, and if so, what category they would call into.

Picture attached, but they come in various different form-factors and sizes depending on brand and screen size

LCD connectors are Peripheral High Grade

Thanks for the info!

When I send them in, should I send them in with the orangish-brown ribbon tables attached (the ones that connect the boards to the LCD) or should I remove those?

If the connector ends are gold, cut them off with scissors and put them in with your gold fingers. Put the rest of the ribbon cable into your "Mixed Wire."
