Hi, new guy here. Looking for some initial help with grading some boards.

Should I remove the transformers & heat sinks in #3?

1 - looks like a power supply board, Low grade or midgrade
2 - Peripheral High Grade
3 - remove heatsinks and transformers and it is at least Peripheral High Grade, might be low grade telcom
4 - maybe Peripheral High Grade, otherwise Peripheral Low Grade
5 - Peripheral High Grade
6 - Peripheral High Grade
7 - probably Midgrade, remove the heatsinks
