Just want to find the most efficient way to get these to go Midgrade. What absolutely needs to come off of these to make that happen?
From my limited experience, it sounds like midgrade can have attachments, but I would like to know specifically how to best clean these guys and what definitely cannot go.
There are no components on back except for some mlcc’s on board 1 back.

Snip that wire off board 1 and they both go as midgrade.

So when fuses, aluminum heatsinks and transformers are attached like this, then it is OK to go midgrade?

Remove the fuses, but heatsinks and transformers are only slightly less than midgrade boards so I think they will be ok.

So would it be best to say always remove fuses on every board (like batteries), even low grade?

Those boards are Midgrade.

Generally speaking (extreme situations do not apply) you do not need to remove anything from Midgrade boards. You are usually not able to upgrade boards out of midgrade because they usually don't contain many values worth raising the price for.

If you were compelled to remove the wire, it would only be to sell the wire separately (for a higher price) as leaving it on would not affect the price. Same for the fuses, you can (and should) leave them on as you likely will not be able to sell those separately, at least not to us. Again, the fuses here do not affect the grade. Midgrade, all day.
