I was looking at the buy prices, and I saw a new category in the ram section that reads “Irish sucker sticks” they pay the same as gold finger ram. There was no picture so m asking what they are. Also there is no category for drive cables IDE, or sata. Are they just bought as mixed wire?

its an inside joke with a scrapper in Ireland name scrapping irish.
he had bought some gold finger ram off ebay to refine, and found that the refined gold was less than the price of the ram. hence they are now named " irish sucker sticks"

Cables would be mixed wire. If you trim the ends off the ends can go as connector ends. Probably not worth the time for a $.20 increase
