On Pic c does that make this boards a metal board? Do the little jumpers in Pic a need to come off? And should I be separating these two boards? What class are they and is the little stick a memory stick? Thanks!

A. Just leave the jumpers on the motherboard. Those themselves are connector ends if they have immersion gold contacts.
B. High peripheral, not sure if that can make it to backplane grade.
C. Large socket motherboard. And no, a metal socket is a modern LGA socket that has a metal clasp. Additionally, you do not need to remove metal from CPU sockets (you can leave the lever on).
