Looks like a power supply board. You could snip off the transformer and coils, but it takes time and there's not a lot of copper in them.

It's a power supply board. I take off the transformers & copper coils and toss 'em with my motors for the scrap yard, if the heat sink comes off easily I will tear it off and throw with dirty aluminum, the rest of the board goes into tin/shred.

As midgrade, it is not profitable to ship by conventional means to Boardsort with the weight of the transformers and even with the coils removed. But I save these, either in the steel case as is, or as the removed board, and when I deliver a load to
Boardsort in person, from 500 miles away, I have enough ( usually 200-300 pounds) pay the gasoline cost for the trip.
