Stepper motor controller from a laser printer with the motor removed, is this peripheral even though the other side is brown?

That's a tossup. Depending on who takes it in. It will be peripheral or midgrade. With such a density of CMCs though I'd toss it in my peripheral bin.

If it's midgrade will they downgrade the entire box of peripheral boards I have with the one or should I just keep it separate in the box?

When the guys at the dock see boards with one side that is brown it automatically goes to mid-grade. they are pretty cut and dry with that one.

I am not saying that the board you pictured shouldn't be graded better nor that somewhere else would pay better... that is just my experience with the guys down there.

Right, but like lodos said, there's a lot of CMCs on it that's why I'm asking if I should keep it seperate

Keeping it separate is the best idea. Totally separate. Floppy drive controller's are another place where brown boards get peripheral. This is one of those "always exceptions" places where you could get better. But not guaranteed.

I've had Motor boards go both ways.
