lodos, some of those motherboards have had a few pins pulled out. Not all of them, just some of them, still a motherboard or lower?

I saw the missing socket pins. It's a single socket now. The one would have been a dual socket board. They all still look complete enough for the board rates though

Probably a south or northbridge chip, can't say for sure as it wasn't there when I got it.
I'm also going to have some more boards up possibly tonight maybe tomorrow, got another load of e-waste in today.
I have some of the green fiber chips that appear to be north and south bridge, but don't fit the board.
I am capable of removing and replacing BGA chips, but old motherboards aren't really worth the time.
Does removing electrolytic capacitors from boards hurt the value at all?

The more you remove the lower the value. Eventually you'll remove one to many or the wrong thing. I tend to leave 99% of the boards I handle (that are better than peripheral) as is to not risk it.

I only touch midgrade and lower
I'll pretty much only pull off the electrolytic capacitors if I need them for something else, or if it's a low grade or midgrade board
