I came across these boards. Don't remember what they came out of and have no clue what they would fall under.

13 is a triple layer board with 3 sets of seemingly gold pins. Bottom board has 1 set of pins with nothing else, middle has all the IC chips and 2 sets of pins, top has a couple of switches.

14 seems to be gold fingered with quite a bit of gold running trough it but it has a lot of garbage on it. (I clipped one and scratched the surface). Remove all the junk? Sell as is?

Looks like the board with all the IC chips has enough to warrant telecom grade. The board on the right in the second photo can go as a fingered card while the board on the left can go as mid-grade. I would remove the transformer first before selling the board.

You would be hard pressed for the one on the right to go as finger card. I would say peripheral.

Actually the right card is the same card, just the underside. I think I will just clip the fingers and throw them in my mids. Thanks.
