You'd probably get copper shred at 8¢-12¢
Hence low grade being a bit over, lol.
There's very little in it and they (yard) will get around 15-20c because the plastic also has some minor value. In tonnage.

Speaking of plastic, all the plastic I get from scrapping computers,printers,that thick plastic, I have crateS of it. What do i do with it?

If your in a big city you can probably sell it, as i do. But if not you can bring most of it to a large recycling company for free recycling. Eg waste management or republic.

I'd LOVE to be able to sell my plastic from this, but I only get a couple of pounds at a time. Problem is, nowhere to store it!

Best bet is to call who ever does your trash pickup and ask if they have a recycling drop off.

I live outside city limits but I know they have a recycling pick up in the city limits, will do a little footwork and check it out
