It was on the back panel of some sort of breaker box.
Looks like cooper?

If those boards next to the LCD back boards are actually copper and not a circuit board, you're much better off selling them to a scrap yard. Are they actually a circuit board or is it metal?

That's what i was wondering. If it's metal it's probably a high nickel/cooper brass. Common in electronic situations. Board sort would take it at or just above silver plated brass rate.
If it's a board it's low grade.

Sure, gonna go low grade, like my initial thoughts but wanted to not make declarations without knowing for sure.
Base relay is my guess, four etches of copper inside. + - Π and °. Actually low grade would probably be overpaying but… that's where it falls.

Yep.
Low grade board. Copper etched with (probably) nickel contacts. Those tiny pads that may look gold are going to be bronze.
