Motherboards: remove the heat sinks to determine sockets size (large or small)
PSU: Is a low grade and unless you are located near Boardsort it is better to sell it to your local recycler.
RAM: separate by gold and tin/silver fingers.
VGA Card: it seems to be a Peripheral grade and you have to remove the metal square cap and wires.

Please refer to the forums for detail info about sorting and shipping.

Hope this helps a bit.

PSUs i remove the wire for stripping or selling as is and scrap the main unit.

Motherboards can vary, If its from a laptop it will always be considered a large socket, but desktop/other motherboards must be segregated by socket size. I cant recall the exact measurements but it should be on the payout prices.

Good thing you saved all that stuff eh?
