those are transistors.

the heat sink backing is usually aluminum/copper... they have no precious metal value, but most scrap yards will buy them.

Transistor and resistor come in that format. Do a search here, I have a rather lengthy reply to ?s about them ,
The RDV being it depends on the buyer. And not boardsort. The metal back is the only real value being silver or nickel plating on copper, bronze, or brass.

As I said if your into maximum return I have a detailed post about them, what sorts out how etc.
Range from 30c-80c right now based on multiple factors.

For more extensive details etc than my other post yes, smf and iscrapapp are good forums for the less computer only stuff like board components.
