The little board came off the big board i have 3 sets of these from hospital equipment thanks for the help

both appear to be peripheral to me. Not enough IC population to warrant higher than that.

Those board would actually qualify as Telecom. They are low profile, and although like kgryczan they do not have much in the way of population, the connectors on them are good and the gold flashing on the perimeter helps to.

The fact that they are medical related does not hurt either. Last thing a patient needs hooked up to them is cheap unreliable electronics.
