I know that most of the black flatware is 24k gold. Is there any value to these?

Most of that is laminated copper with gold contact ends. Value is somewhere between dirty cu-laminate @apx $0.60 and clean copper laminate at $1.50

Low population I usually clear of components and sell local for clean cu-L
Medium population I put in a bag and add to peripheral boards. Heavily populated cell phone ones and the like usual can go telco.

As far as boardsort anything below peripheral rate is mixed wire
