Has 3 inch fingers and bunch of flat packs dont really want to put in periphial pile. Any ideas

I am curious to see if you get Telecom grade for the second pic. Don't know what to say about the first pic.

I'm inclined to give it telecom, but it's going to come down to if the number of flatpacks on the board will give it that grade. I believe if you desolder flatpacks without damaging them, boardsort will buy them as green fiber without metal CPU chips, so that may factor into grading.
