Hi,
Can anyone ID this type of PCB for me?
I have about 50 of these from a very large lighted outdoor sign. 95% of the Board seems sprayed with some sort of coating that covers all the chips.
No gold anywhere on the board.

Hello Mr. Gold, welcome to boardsort.com!

That board is going to fall under "MidGrade", or $0.35 per pound.

As you mentioned, there is no visible gold plating, and very few (if any) IC chips. The only population is the leds which hold no real value.
