I agree, this is a very low value chip. Pays the same as an IC and can be mixed with other IC chips.

I would try ebay since its new in the box. I found and old processor at the local thrift store still in the box and it sold for $32.99 on ebay.

I certainly wouldn't throw it into the scrap pile for a few pennies.
