This came out of a power supply. I assume peripheral? Should I take anything off of it for better individual value?

nope... it is probably low grade... if the board is green on both sides you might get mid-grade.

Is there anything of value enough to justify taking it off the board or just set it aside as is in the low grade pile?

Also, thanks so much for weighing in for me. By seeing what things are graded at I'm starting to get a feel for this. Your help is much appreciated.

Honestly you're better off giving that as is to a local yard as even the lower two grades of CBM are often higher than the low grade board class here.
I leave power bricks together whole and sell them as CBM#2

Stuff like that is more trouble to strip than it's worth even for a strip junk guy like myself. You never know what the glue/filler is made of so you don't dare heat it. So it's a cold yank and pull job, any you're looking at over 5 minutes for a gain of a dozen cents.

Completely bare stripped all the parts separately you've looking at 20-30 cents
Whole with no work at all your at 15-25 cents as CBM 3
If you're local yard classes out that far. Or 5-10 cents as low grade board.
Hence my comment, leave the shells on and take the quarter.
