8 ic chips, gold finger bottom and silver finger left. What grading class is it? I have about 300 of them. fingers are 2 1/4 inches.

i would email chris about this item explain what you have and how many you have ..this might be one of those things that fall in a special rate..

Haven't seen that in a while!
Last few times I've had boards like that they got gold finger.
You're at the lowest position of the class. Anything else on boards like that would knock you into peripheral

Being clean and clear you've got silver trace some IC chips 18k gold finger and the 80/20 nickel finger.

Both the nickel and gold fingers usually have chromium in them so don't try refining the boards yourself!! You'll wind up with chromium hydroxide, yuck.
