I would have thought that 1c would be telco with all the flat pack and smd, plus isn't that a proc on the front?

2 d seems to have a lot going for it as well

MLS sells in person and I ship orders in, but we both over sort and over classify so a different answer from both of us will usually be that we both have had them go that way. Borderline items really are up to the person who actually verifies the material in the end. So a flip from a to b is a common thing.

That first one you point out very well could go either way but with a single IC on the back it depends entirely if the final grader is swayed by the CMCs. Personally I'm not but I'm not them either. I'd go GFC with it.
