Do the connectors (some with gold pins), I.C's and capacitors need to be removed before sending? I've attached some of the board pics. Thank you!

Peripheral (or better depending on flip side)

Questionable: normally midgrade but if those are gold pin the rules in place put it as peripheral

Thought I would add, usually removing anything downgrades the board quickly to either midgrade or worse.

Yes NEVER remove ICs or gold pins
