A)probably telco. Never sent one, but with memory and ports...
B)peripheral

Probably telco. Little different than my submissions but close. If not multi small socket. You've got 3 CPUs, two bridges, a fpup, and mcu. Some gold ports and an expansion so no problem with multi small socket.

Again borderline but I'm leaning telco for the thick sandwich board here
