I scrapped this from a camcorder.. I have many more from webcams as well. I noticed that inside of the glass chamber there are lots of gold bonding or gold threadings. I know that as is it would go for Peripheral but if I remove the chip in the middle what would Boardsort buy this as?

removing it the board would be low grade and the optical unit would be IC rate
