C and D are peripheral

A and B... I would set them aside and have them evaluated because they are pretty densely populated. I'd say you have a 50/50 shot of getting an upgrade with those. I don't think they will clear telecom, but I think they should be better than peripheral.

A) I'd go telco personally , they're usually sandwich boards ; rings tell me nickel.

B) peripheral (looks to be a standard copper board).

Changing my opinion here; if I'm correct those are ATA pins?
If so then you /may/ be on the lower edge of small (soldered) socket motherboard.
