With the one exception these all appear to be BGA CPUs, no pins, so I'm going based on that.
1)green fibre with metal
2)if it's gold it's ibm/via gold cap. If it's the flash then green fibre with metal
3)green fibre with metal
4)green fibre with metal
5)green fibre with metal
6)if gold ibm/via gold cap. If aluminium black fibre
7)green fibre with metal
8)green fibre with metal

Not all BGA flats go like this though

What about number 4?? No ibm/via gold cap like number 2? And if so, could all of the chips be combined together if they fall under the same catagorey??

I'm not sure from the photo if 2 is a gold cap or aluminium and it's the flash

4 is definitely green fibre with metal

So if the other chips all fall under the same type can they be mixed together or do they still need to be separated, even if they will be as the same pay per lbs?

It looks to be a gold cap and thus will have it's own payout. My best guess would be IBM/via gold cap. It has no pins.

You can mix by classification.
With metal all together
No metal together etc
