All four of those are PDAs (personal digital/data assistant).
Those boards range; telco, gold cap board in some older ones, and cell phone board.
Not quite what I envisioned when you said scanner, sorry.
They run $1-5 broken and $5-25 working. (With exceptions).

Wifi cards are worth around $5 when they're working.
I regularly buy unknown and dead ones in lots of 100 for $20 giving you an idea that you'll get under a quarter for it in unknown condition.
If you pop the case off they range from peripheral to cell board with most going as telco.

By scanner I was thinking more in the line of this picture; which easily get into mid double digits broken.

That is the very thing that we use to scan in our cover and shipping uses them to scan the furniture as it comes off the lines, goes to warehouse to truck.
Ball park figure we have at least a dozen (working)
