Hi! I'm new to boardsort. I am interested in finding out this particular component. Something I stumbled upon in a load.

That is a good example of a Telecom Grade board. All chips and no extra parts like transistors, resistors, capacitors or metals.

That said, we would pay $4 per pound for that board at today's rates.
