1.- These RAM like boards came from old tape printers. It is made of ceramic as you can see on the back of one (white part).
2.- Came from a PDA.

at the very least you should get peripheral for all of them... BUT... those top and bottom pics are some odd ball things. You would have to send a message to Chris to see what they would give you. While the top ones look like ram, being on a ceramic substrate will play a part in what they will give you... my guess is they would treat that as a special category and give you an offer.

The gold contacts are odd too...they look like they would be contact points below buttons, so they should have a thicker plate... I would be inclined to say they will go as gold fingers, but once again, you will have to check with Chris.

The middle pic will most likely go as peripheral.

1st photo is probably gold finger card. It's definitely not ram.

Middle pic depends on back sides but looks peripheral to me as well

Sheets like that that are light and clean I tend to toss in with my gold fingers. Just cut off anything not gold like ICs and capacitors.
If you can't get it 100% clean I'd toss it with cell or telco. It's not something that is dealt with daily and unless you have hundreds of them it will probably wind up in cell class boards (dirty) or gold fingers (clean) on site anyway.
Again I tend to cut any extras off and toss them in fingers with gold flatwire ends. I get lots of gold ones like this from cameras and cell phones.
