Is it gfc or peripheral?

Those aren't fingers, they're pins. Making your otherwise lowgrade board peripheral

In order for a card to be a gold finger card it must otherwise be a peripheral level card without the fingers.
Cards that would be low or mid grade class without the fingers will go as peripheral when you have the finger connector on it.
That generally holds true for pin cards as well. Cards such as floppy drive controllers and tolk-net cards that would otherwise be low or mid grade cards go as peripheral because of the pins.

Yep, early to mid 80s would be my guess off hand.
They look machined, not hand soldered.
