I've got 25 pounds or so. Can these be mixed in with my laptop batteries, kept separate or no good at all?

no... the Li-Ion battery price for laptops is because some of them will be reusable/resellable.

You would probably get the cell phone battery rate for those (i think that is what they give for misc. sealed LiIon batteries), but you would have to send them an email to find out.
