Those are dime a dozen (literally) capacitors. They're tantalum but of minimal content and hence value
I've asked Chris directly about similar boards. TNT alone isn't going to move it out of midgrade

Ohh ok I haven't seen any boards like these so far. They are out of a handheld bar code scanner. So I'm trying to figure out what's what with them.
