what do i do with that heavy power board with all the copper? tear it apart or is it worth the trouble?

wasnt sure if the floppy looking boards WERE floppy boards - what do you think?

the tiny boards look to have some gold plating on them, but they are pretty small

Power board. You're probably at around $2 in copper, $3 if you truly dissect it.
Worth it is up to you, yanking spools and if those sinks are copper, that's easy. Going from 75c-$1 to that $2-3 point takes a lot of effort by hand.

The "floppy" boards will all go as peripheral. Two are standard floppy boards. The little one looks like an STp bus board but is still good to go.

Small boards. Middle one could clear telco. Other two are peripheral

Midgrade is a good fit for that with nickel pin connectors and the fair bit of copper on it, and the ICs of the distribution controller.
Not all power supply boards go midgrade though
