All but the A6 are green no metal
Those quarter size capped (more like covered or reinforced) AMD CPUs be they the APU or GPUs I've had go both ways. And it's entirely dependent on the person taking them in.
My suggestion if you have only a handful or less is toss them in no metal, but keep them in a single bag (packing tape them together)). If they disagree on that day they'll adjust it down without any issues to you.
I've even seen boardsort tell me no metal on one and with metal on an identical cpu.

If you have them in bulk, many dozens or more, email Chris your quote number and a photo after you fill it out. , whatever he says will lock it in one way or the other. Just to be polite when sending 50 or qpp borderline things (in general).

For what it's worth most companies would buy the apu CPUs as clean green fibre and the FX 1st/2nd gen CPUs and matching OP chips as metal cap.

By comparison
What you posted is a reinforcing plate. To protect the cpu.
Vs
http://www.boardsort.com/cpg15x/displayimage.php?pid=91&fullsize=1
Which is a full thick heavy heat spreader

The top of the third picture you posted is pushing the boundaries a bit so that could go either way.
