It has silver colored fingers but has a lot of golden pin connectors. I would also like to know if that little silver box is a battery.

I would give it peripheral grade only because of the silver fingers. You can trim the plug ends off the ribbon cables and sell those as cable ends. The wire can go as insulated wire to your scrap yard or sell with mixed wire if you are shipping it or bringing the wire to boardsort. The silver box that you think is a battery appears to be more of a capacitor. The labeling on it is just showing the amount of voltage that the capacitor can hold. If the card has been sitting in idle storage, there should not be a charge, but if it was recently used and you don't want to have it discharge accidentally, create a short on the two pins coming from the capacitor on the opposite side of the board using a screwdriver.
