Not sure which pile to put this in?

Is the board brown on both sides? I don't see it going any higher than mid grade. You have a good number of IC chips on it, but it is clearly visible in the photo that there's a lot of resistors and capacitors on the board, so that is hurting the grade of the board. Do you know what it came out of?

It's a nickel etch board. All the traces are silver nickel alloy.
Fairly common in the 70s, 80s.
This is one for Chris directly. It's not as populated as the ones I've gotten peripheral for, but more populated than the ones that got me Midgrade.
Looks like a controller for a video unit but that's a guess. With 9 terminal points and four grounds, I'd say a betachord camera input or an actual terminal display relay. But could easily be an RS keyboard relay as well.
Do tell! What is it.

Sorry to say I do not know what it is from but it came from the local TV news station I work for I wasn't there when it was removed I just got it from the scrap pile we are upgrading almost everything including printers but I believe it came out near the control room where the racks are I think controller for video would be good guess
