Will it pass for peripheral having all those gold plated connectors?

Also de optical chip. Would that be a fiber DLP?

The board would go peripheral grade. Not sure about your DLP chip. There's only two categories for those, and those are ceramic or fiber. You would need to closely examine the base material for the DLP to determine if it's fiber or ceramic.

the chip is fiber so fiber DLP grade is the appropriate grade.
