The first photo all will clear telco on the low end of the scale.

The second photo : the gold pin connectors will get it to peripheral but not higher. There’s not enough ICs or pins to move it to telco.

They are capacitors...multilayer ceramic capacitors (mlcc)... They are the biggest I have seen :p

Due to their size, I don't think they would be the ones that contain PMs, so I would be inclined to say that is a peripheral board as well.

The “cage” ends of the blocks are nickel on these.
The blocks themselves are a compressed material. The propriety blend bolium is quite common and runs about $1 per lb.
Well nickel is technically a precious metal at $3-$6 per lb it’s far from the rest of the platinum group it belongs to and your far under a lb of nickel here.

Also this is is board I’d put in a ziplock bag too, it has boron. They accept them but it’s always nice to be cautious for your buyer, whoever they are.
