First photo: MCC, multi chip carrier. Someone removed the hold spreader from it. This is one ultimately up to Chris or Bruce, these aren’t common enough to hit a single class. If it has an underside cap it’s atleast IBM/VIA gold cap.

Nortel is pinless. Rest are ICs

Looks mixed: ceramics with no pins are pinless. Ceramics with pins and aluminium caps go AMD aluminium caps. Ceramics with pins and tungsten alloy caps (twice as heavy) vary and again are up to Chris, most go as green/brown fibre with metal but the line moves to much on these for me to be specific. The fibre CPUs are green brown fibre with metal.
