1. Peripheral
2. Midgrade (all five boards)
3. Gold finger card (both boards)
4. Telecom (both boards). Note that each board has a gold capped IC chip soldered onto it.
5. I think one is midgrade and the other is a gold finger card.
6. Gold finger card (both boards)
7. I think both are midgrade.
8. Gold finger card
9. Yes, it is.

1)peripheral
2) if the ports on those terminator cards are gold pin it will go in peripheral. Otherwise mid grade
3)gold finger cards
4) gold cap chip board
5)big one mid grade small one telco
6) gold finger cards
7)peripheral
8)these are difficult. These are cpu risers. This one actually has all the motherboard requirements so I’m going to say large socket motherboard.
9) backplane

On 2 given mid grade is kind of pointless to ship on CAREFULLY break into those dip switches. Using a pair of robot robogrip or lock jaw pliers. Many times you’ll find gold plated balls inside and if it’s old enough even solid gold (solid gold balls can be crushed in your fingers and will have indentions from the switch). Just be careful, the springs in them tend to fly when liberated; and take the balls with them.
