I'm pretty sure this is midgrade. Can I either cut the board just past all the bulky stuff or can I pull the bulky stuff off the board and get it into peripheral?

Wow. We’ve got a problem here don’t we. Normally I’d say no no no across the board, even what’s left is still mid grade. But wait, there’s gold pins. Anything on the back?

Personally my first thought is to remove the ICs and gold pin port for boardsort, ignore the rest and move on.

This isn’t jumping to peripheral unfortunately unless there’s something good on the back. Sorry.

The back is clear I've already pulled the aluminum plates and capacitors.

It’s just not going to make it.
Again my suggestion is remove the ICs and the gold port. Most people use a box cutter or a micro grinder for that. Or a heat gun to simply semi-melt the solder and pull them with tweezers.
And then recycle the board locally.
These are like lottery scratch tickets. You spend a dollar on the $10k game and win $2. You’re happy, but not content. I get it. I hate boards like this too.

Unfortunately there’s no way to bump this one as a board.
If you’re really wanting to torture yourself you could cut closely along the ic area cutting out just the ICs. Then MAYBE it would be peripheral. Lol
