The board on the bottom-right of the third picture should be a gold fingered card, but the rest of the boards mentioned should be peripheral.

Yep! IMG_1113.JPG Has gold finger card and the rest are peripheral

even though image 1113 GFC is a motherboard as well .. well CPU card .. lol not to mention I forgot to remove the battery..

That’s a two piece setup. The primary board is missing too much of the standard motherboard to be motherboard class on it’s own. The riser card offloads items required for the class.
It works out about the same, possibly slightly higher, as the two boards than as a single motherboard as well.

With all the expansion moved to the riser there’s not much to negotiate on, with. Sorry.
