I’ve dealt with similar boards.
1 and 2 are telco. 3 They’re rarely aluminium, more often an aluminium tin alloy (similar to UBC or closer to beer and wine cans) or Al/Mg/Mn (like high end hard drive shells). Often there’s also copper tracing in the boards. They act as both frequency and heat shields. The board is peripheral. If you somehow managed to remove the board (if it’s a separate board and not the board itself) the metal tends to get a very high alloy class at specialist yards, around 80c-$1.20 at the moment so just leave it whole.
