Hey guys,
Can I get some help grading these?
While you are grading, if you have any extra info like why they are graded at that level, what they are, where to find them, what they are used for, specific parts on them that would be better to de-pop or leave on, or anything thats interesting I would love to hear it. Thank you!!

Not sure 1
Top left)power relay: mid grade
Top middle) I/O board: peripheral (gold pins no junk)
Top right) video processing board (analog devices chip) peripheral
Bottom) server board: small socket

Not sure 2
Top left)smart router: peripheral, (missing too much for motherboard)
Top right)embedded unit: peripheral (again technically a motherboard but missing too much for the class)
Bottom)secondary emulation board, off load, etc. T lcd
Basically a full fledged system crammed into a card format

Not sure 3
Top left)—>>
Top right)—>>
Bottom left)all three are controllers, all three are peripheral

Bottom right)no idea what this is. A “smart” power relay or a stabiliser of some sort. Peripheral, that’s a real full fledged cpu.

Not sure 4
Top left)peripheral. No IC population, it’s a terminator. Don’t trim it. The finger is the only real value
Top right)gold finger card. No idea what it is. Please remove as many shields as you can
Middle)telco. Remove the handle. Same premise as the one in NS3
Bottom)telco. Same as above

Looks like a combination of server and semi-custom industrial/embedded stuff.
You’ll find the server stuff in servers, obviously. The rest is embedded equipment which can be anything from vending machines and atms to kiosks and the like.
A few look like they’re out of printers. I’m still playing around on figuring some of them out. If you actually are looking for what each is from I can dig both deeper and faster. At the moment I’m stuck on that power board which has me stumped and all ticked off (in a good way).

Wow, so, you've done this before, huh?

Is the bottom board of not sure 2 Telco?

Thanks again!

And, that's all the info I need.

Yes t lcd = telco. ;)
Leave it to autocorrect to mess that up.

Some server layouts can utilise what know as am emulation board. It’s actually a hold over from early home computers, I have an Adam board from lot my Commodore. And I regularly use an 8080 board in my current system for 8-bit support.
Basically it gives a computer the ability to run something else’s software (and occasionally hardware), without using general resources. PAC boards are the most common thought 300 series IBM boards are used in many cloud systems to run specialist databases.
