looks to me like a lot of through hole fets, diodes and such. Remember that an IC needs 6 pins or more (which is an excellent way to define them). I don't see anything in that pile that I'd consider an IC. Some of the multi pin, tall ones could be either resistor packs or coils.

See if someone who knows more can tell you if any of it is sellable.

Again these aren’t items Boardsort buys.
On the other hand if you have a nail or bold cutter you could probably trim or pry the ‘silver’ backings off these. Boardsort does purchase ‘silver plated brass’ which includes the heat backings on these. As well as any of the non magnetic plated pins.
