What are these boards considered.

Remove the heatsinks and sell those with your aluminum, then I believe what you have left will go as a small socket motherboard. It doesn't appear that any CPU chips sit on sockets, but once the heatsinks are gone, you can more easily tell. If there are socketed CPU chips, once removed, the board becomes a dual small socket board.

The second board appears to be more in line with peripheral grade.
