Post subject: cd rom or telecom? also a strange processor

Need a hand grading the board. Its populated fairly well for a cd rom

Also what would this processor go as? The earliest no pin processor ever? (Came from an early 90s build)

I had the same processor graded by boardsort ad green fiber with metal and the other board should be cd/dvd rom
