What category would these be in? The top seems to be metal.

According to cpu-world.com, that GJ80521EX200 is a "Modified Staggered Plastic Pin Grid Array with aluminum heat spreader". Not sure what category that would put it in, one of the pros can help you out further, I'm sure.

Check out the numbers on that beast (for it's time) here; http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Pentium-II/Intel-Pentium%20Pro%20200%201%20MB%20-%20GJ80521EX200%201M%20%28BP80521200%201M%29.html, especially the 1997 introductory price...

It may go as green fiber with metal if the heat spreader can not be separated. If it can, I believe boardsort will take it as a green/brown fiber.

It was state of the art when it was introduced.

That is only for gold cap pentium pros, If the chip is fiber, I don't see why it wouldn't go as black fiber cpu.
