Can someone tell me if in the first and second photo is just plain IC chip or can go for something else since there is visible gold seen through the round window?

Can someone affirm that the white chip can be categorized as Motorola/Foreign Chip?

I believe the second one may go as 8086 gold cap with gold pins. The first one I'm unsure of. I would shoot boardsort a PM with a link to this thread to have him provide his input on what these are.
